No es tan dificil, cuando hayas introducido los datos que te pide y te mande a la pagina donde te dice lo del codigo fuente, haces click derecho en la pagina, y eliges la opicion Ver código fuente de la página.

Entonces ahí puedes coger la parte que necesitas del codigo, si no sabes cual es, copia todo el código, postealo aquí y la selecciono yo.
